Norwegian winter lodge

Dreaming of a Nordic escape? Lost in the Norwegian mountains, this winter cabin provides the perfect setting for a peaceful nature retreat.Designed by Oslo-based studio Reiulf Ramstad Architects, the lodge has been built in an unusual V-shape in order to adapt to the existing topography and natural surroundings. With its two aisles, it offers a stunning view on the mountainous landscape.

Simplicity is key, from the inside to the outside. The interior is simple, yet refined. Glazed openings enable transparency to the outside and the natural daylight brightens the wooden furniture. Enjoying a cosy winter day at home or going cross-country skiing on the nearby tracks, you’ll feel close to nature both ways.
